How do I choose the right method?

Sew-On → Maximum durability and for larger stone sizes. Perfect for stretch and couture.
Glue-On → Works on fabric, leather, plastic, wood, glass — you name it.
Hotfix → Fast bulk sparkle on porous, heat-safe fabrics.
Sheets → Instant coverage for creative projects (not garments).

🛠️ Application

Hotfix: why don’t my stones stick?

Wrong fabric, low heat, or too little pressure. Hotfix only bonds on porous, heat-tolerant fabrics.

Hotfix tool won’t pick up stones?

Check the tip size, let the tool fully heat, and clean the tip interior.

Hotfix on stretch fabric?

Yes — lightly stretch the fabric during application so the glue sets in a stretched state. For ultimate hold on extreme stretch, sew-ons are strongest.

Glue-On: why do stones fall off?

Wrong glue, insufficient cure time, unclean surface, or no pre-stretch on stretchy fabric. Use tiny, precise glue dots and allow 24–48h to cure.

Rhinestone detached from the foil?

Aggressive glue/solvents or, rarely, a bad batch.

Best glues for rhinestones?

E6000 (maximum hold), Gem-Tac (low-fume fabric use), LS White Glue (delicate/indoor projects).

Sew-On: why choose them?

Adhesive sheets: best practice?

Apply to clean, smooth, rigid surfaces. Not for clothing or washable textiles. Cut with scissors or craft knives for custom shapes.

Troubleshooting

Stones fell off in the wash

Likely wrong glue or insufficient cure. Hand wash cold, inside-out. Avoid dryers.

Popping off when fabric stretches

Pre-stretch the garment during application. For extreme stretch zones, switch to sew-ons.

Cloudy or dull stones

Usually glue haze or chemical damage. Use precise application and avoid harsh cleaners.

Glue overflow

Less is more — thin dots create a clean securing rim. Use precision tips or syringes.

Hotfix stones sliding after pressing

Don’t slide the iron. Press straight down; let cool to set.

Adhesive sheet edges lifting

Reinforce edges with a clear, compatible glue and avoid high-friction placements.

Care & Maintenance

Washing & Drying

Hand wash cool with mild detergent, inside-out. If machine washing, use a mesh bag on delicate. Air dry flat — never tumble dry.

Ironing & Steaming

Never iron directly on stones. Steam or iron inside-out on low with a protective cloth.

Jewellery & Accessories

Dry brush or soft cloth; occasional mild soap on a damp cloth. Avoid acetone and soaking.

Storage

Keep flat, padded, and dry. Loose stones in divided boxes; garments away from direct sun.
